Our Training Model

The SARE Centre uses a Train-the-Trainer (TT) model to promote the implementation of the Flip the Script with EAAA™ program. We believe this model maximizes program sustainability, but it also requires a multistep process.

  1. Postsecondary and/or community organizations that decide to implement the Flip the Script with EAAA™ program send women staff to attend an EAAA Train-the-Trainer (TT) workshop.
  2. Graduates of the TT workshops (Campus/Community Trainers) return to their campuses/communities and hire, train, and supervise EAAA Facilitators.
  3. Once trained, EAAA Facilitators can deliver the Flip the Script with EAAA™ program to women on their home campuses or in their communities.
